banned card warning mtg arena I am playing Standard and this is cast by my opponents all day long. Why is it telling me Monstrous Rage is in "the current Standard format? : r/mtg Did monstrous rage get banned

The kids who play Magic are great at these big games

Arvinox, the Mind Flail Eight manas definitely too much for Arvinox, the Mind Flail, but this card speaks to me, and not in that weird way the Mind Flayer spoke to Will Byers in that awful second season of Stranger Things

The ability is versatile, in that you can use it for politics to buff a creature an opponent would attack with anyway or use the ability to goad your target

It also has access to great life gain, mana ramp, and removal

I really like that some of the character cards in the Ruby/Sapphire deck cannot be used on Queststhey only exist to fight, and it doesnt allow players to think through whether they should slow an opponents scoring engine down or not
